In order to create a world that is justifiably conducive to human life, a peaceful revolution needs to take place within each individual. Acceptance and love of ourselves and everyone else no matter what beliefs or culture that we possess is the key to this journey.

Human Behavior
Human beings have always gathered in clans of like minded groups, which is perfectly normal until their ideals begin to remove the rights of other "clans". What we as a species need to understand in order to evolve is that every human has the same basic needs, and that everyone has a role to play in this world.
In order to begin to understand how to respect one another, we must find out why we disrespect others just because they are less fortunate than us. People fall into these unfortunate situations mainly because of others' expectations. For example, society imposes ideals that are often completely wrong about certain "clans". Its predisposition is usually that they are all "losers" because of how they choose to live. So really, freedom doesn't exist in this world. We have allowed society to dictate our way of life. Meaning, we have allowed the media to rule us. Think about it... how do you know what to buy, how to live, how to act? And who controls these ideas? Do you? No. Corporations control the media simply so that they can sell more products, ideas, and a "brand" of life. It's all an illusion... even the campaigns that our politicians produce are a "brand" of ideals. They are selling themselves so that they may enjoy the kickbacks that their contributors offer. Sort of a "I scratch your back, you scratch mine" mentality. This mentality creates greed, selfishness, and corruption.
So how do we get around this way of life? Well, the first action that I personally recommend is to stop listening to your television, and start utilizing the internet for research, or reading more. The second action would be to find out who you really are without all of the brands that you believe in by creating instead of consuming. Figure out how to ride your bicycle to work in the rain without getting wet! Take a chance! Push yourself by creating a way to heat your water with the sun instead of using a water heater, start growing your own garden, and share it with your community. Get closer to the earth and community instead of living as though it doesn't exist. Self sufficiency breeds creativity, knowledge, and love. The three things that have suffered the most with our indoctrination into the illusion that is society. Human behavior will return to it's original purpose, to take care of the earth and each other selflessly.

Renewal
"Education is the point at which we decide whether we love the world enough to assume responsibility for it and by the same token save it from ruin which, except for renewal, except for the coming of the new and young, would be inevitable. And education, too, is where we decide whether we love our children enough not to expel them from our world and leave them to their own devices, nor to strike from their hands their chance of undertaking something new, something unforeseen by us, but to prepare them in advance for the task of renewing a common world." -Hannah Arendt

We must take it upon ourselves to create the change that needs to happen in this world. I myself have stopped looking to politicians to change anything, because they are shackled to their own campaign, other leaders and corporate interests. I think that the people who are affected by the decisions of their leaders are truly the only ones who can change this world for the better, simply because they are the ones living in it.
People need to band together as a neighborhood to create how they want to live their lives together, and not listen to the money, the greed and altogether disrespect of the people that the corporations spew out of their campaigns. A way to start is to begin neighborhood gardens, live close to work, stop consuming everything and start PROVIDING for your local community. This is a healthier way to live, and maybe by doing this, we can ween ourselves of our dependence on others to do it for us at the cost of our lives, and our children's' lives.
